We deliver to most major cities in South Africa, including:

We also deliver to:
Botswana, Lesotho, Eswatini

- How long will delivery take?
Delivery takes 2-4 working days after your product is ready. - Can I schedule a specific delivery time or date?
This depends on your location. While the courier aims to accommodate requests, some deliveries follow specific routes. The courier company will contact you to confirm delivery details. - What if my parcel is damaged during transportation?
Contact us immediately. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. If the packaging shows damage, take photos before unwrapping the parcel. Ensure you inspect the product thoroughly after opening. - What if I only notice damages later?
Claims cannot be made after 48 hours of delivery. Please inspect your parcel promptly upon arrival. - What if the damage is due to a factory fault?
Factory faults are covered under our 7-day faulty policy, in line with the Consumer Protection Act. We will repair or replace defective products due to manufacturing flaws, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Repair or exchange will be processed within 10 working days after we receive the item and confirm the issue. - How do I return an item?
Cradle & Stitch Interiors is based in Johannesburg, and all repairs are done in-house. While we deliver nationally, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and at their own cost.
Please Note: Returns received after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. - What steps do you take to ensure products arrive undamaged?
- Each product undergoes three inspection phases before shipping.
- Photos of the product are taken before and after packaging.
- Products are wrapped in pallet wrap, cardboard, and bubble wrap to protect them during transit.
Inspection reports can be provided upon request.
