Local Delivery (Gauteng Only)

We offer door-to-door delivery within Gauteng at a flat rate of R950.00.

All local deliveries are handled by a trusted private outsourced driver, ensuring careful handling of your furniture directly from our workshop to your home.

Excludes: Townships, high-risk, and outlying areas.

NB. Please confirm your area before placing your order.

 

Outside Gauteng

We do not offer nationwide delivery.

Clients may arrange their own courier for collection. Once the item leaves our premises, all risk transfers to the client, and Cradle & Stitch Interiors will not be liable for any loss or damages during transit.

 

Ordering Information

At Cradle & Stitch Interiors, every item is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail. To help make your ordering experience as smooth as possible, here’s everything you need to know:

1. Placing Your Order

  • Orders can be placed directly through our website, social media pages, or by contacting us via email/whatsapp.
  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. The balance is payable before delivery or collection.
  • Once payment has been received, your order will be scheduled into production.

2. Lead Times

  • Because our products are custom made, production times vary depending on the item and order volume.
  • Average production lead time: 3 - 6 weeks.
  • We will keep you updated on the progress of your order and let you know as soon as it’s ready.

3. On Delivery

  • Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after your product is ready.
  • The courier will contact you to confirm delivery arrangements.
  • Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If you notice any damage to the packaging, take photos before unwrapping.
  • All concerns must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

5. Factory Faults & Returns

  • If your product has a manufacturing fault, it is covered under our 7-day faulty policy in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
  • Faulty items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Repairs or replacements are usually processed within 10 working days once the item is received.
  • Returns for reasons other than factory faults are not accepted, as each item is custom made.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s cost.

6. Customisation

  • All our products are customisable! You can choose:
    • Size
    • Fabric or paint colour
    • Handle style
    • Base/legs of choice
  • This makes each item truly unique and tailored to your space.
