We offer local and national door-to-door delivery options. Delivery rates are calculated based on your location, the size and weight of the product, and the quantity ordered. Please confirm we deliver to your area before placing your order.

We do not deliver to townships, high-risk, or outlying areas.
NATIONAL DELIVERY AREAS
We deliver to most major cities in South Africa, including:
Gauteng, Durban, Cape Town, East London, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, Nelspruit, Polokwane, George, Pietermaritzburg

Ordering Information
At Cradle & Stitch Interiors, every item is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail. To help make your ordering experience as smooth as possible, here’s everything you need to know:
1. Placing Your Order
- Orders can be placed directly through our website, social media pages, or by contacting us via email/phone.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. The balance is payable before delivery or collection.
- Once payment has been received, your order will be scheduled into production.
2. Lead Times
- Because our products are custom made, production times vary depending on the item and order volume.
- Average production time: 4–6 weeks.
- We will keep you updated on the progress of your order and let you know as soon as it’s ready.
3. Delivery & Collection
- We deliver nationally within South Africa.
- Delivery is handled by a trusted courier partner. Please note: the courier no longer offers insurance, so deliveries are made at the client’s own risk.
- To give you peace of mind, we take photos of your product before and after packaging.
- Products are securely wrapped in pallet wrap, cardboard, and bubble wrap.
- Collection from our Johannesburg showroom/workshop is also welcome.
4. On Delivery
- Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after your product is ready.
- The courier will contact you to confirm delivery arrangements.
- Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If you notice any damage to the packaging, take photos before unwrapping.
- All concerns must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
5. Factory Faults & Returns
- If your product has a manufacturing fault, it is covered under our 7-day faulty policy in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
- Faulty items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Repairs or replacements are usually processed within 10 working days once the item is received.
- Returns for reasons other than factory faults are not accepted, as each item is custom made.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s cost.
6. Customisation
- All our products are customisable! You can choose:

- Fabric or paint colour
- Handle style
- Base/legs of choice
- This makes each item truly unique and tailored to your space.
